Person-level website identification

Pay per match.
Never per plan.

Only pay for what you use.

You bought 600 matches this month. You'll use 400. The rest is capacity you paid for and won't see again. We bill per match identified, not by the bucket.

The bad-match guarantee

Pay per match.
Never per plan.
Never for a bad lead.

Our pricing model isn't the only thing we did differently. We don't bill you for matches that don't actually pan out.

Layer 0

5-source waterfall

Before a match is even shown, we waterfall through 5 identity providers and cross-check the result. Confidence below threshold? It never reaches you. The waterfall is also why we hit up to 45% coverage where single-source vendors plateau around 25–30%.

Layer 1

Auto-verified before billed

Every match runs through email validation, LinkedIn check, and company verification before it hits your bill. Failed verification = never charged. You never see it.

Layer 2

1 free refund per 10 paid matches

Match looks bad? Click "Flag this match" for an instant credit. You get 1 no-questions-asked refund for every 10 paid matches you use, with at least 1 refund a month no matter what.

Layer 3

Beyond that? Talk to us.

Hit your monthly cap? Open a ticket with the specifics. We review within 48 hours and credit anything legitimate.

The reality check

How much are you
overpaying right now?

Pick your current plan. Slide it to how many matches you actually use. Watch what happens.

Common questions

You're probably wondering...

What counts as a "match"?
A successful identification of a website visitor with verified contact data. We don't bill on attempts, dead leads, or "we tried but couldn't find anything." If we can't stand behind it, you don't pay for it.
Do I need a card to get the 25 free matches?
Yes. We ask for a card upfront and hold it on file, but we don't charge a cent for the 25 welcome matches. The card-on-file just keeps things clean: if you decide to keep going past 25, you top up $5 minimum and we draw from the card you've already added. No re-entering details, no second checkout. If you never come back, you never get charged.
How does this compare to RB2B / Warmly / Apollo on match accuracy?
Most single-source vendors plateau around 25–30% visitor coverage because they rely on one identity dataset. We waterfall against 5 sources and cross-check before serving the match, which is how we reach up to 45% coverage with comparable-or-better accuracy. The other difference is what we don't charge you for — we run verification before we bill, and they don't.
What's the "5-source waterfall"?
For every visitor, we query four independent identity datasets in priority order and cross-reference the results. Highest-confidence match wins; conflicts get downgraded; low-confidence results are dropped before they ever hit your bill. Result: broader coverage, fewer junk matches, no single-source blind spots.
What is Squid ID+ and when should I use it?
Squid ID+ adds mobile, personal email, home address, demographics, and social profiles to a match. It's $0.25 on top of the base match rate, and you opt in per request — so the matches you don't flag stay at standard pricing. Useful for outbound calling, direct mail, or any workflow where contact channels beyond email matter. If you need Squid ID+ on most or all matches, asksquid.ai's plan-based pricing gets you a lower per-record premium rate.
Do credits expire?
There's no subscription, so you can pause anytime and pick back up later. Credits do have a shelf life: paid credits last 12 months and welcome credits 90 days, and anything unused by then lapses.
Can I get an invoice instead of charging a card?
For accounts over $1,000/month in usage, yes. For everyone else, it's prepaid card or wire. Keeps things simple.
What integrations do you support?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack push, webhook out, and a clean REST API. If your stack speaks JSON, we speak your stack.
